Victoria University Library copy: Contemporary Etruscan calf binding by the Edwards of Halifax bindery, gilt metopes and pentaglyph roll border surrounding a stained border of classical palmettes, inner Greek-key roll with tree-calf centre panel, grey endleaves, gilt-edged with a very fine fore-edge painting of a view through trees and across a river to Woburn Abbey.
Victoria University Library copy has armorial bookplate of Caroline Phillips; first fly-leaf inscribed by Thomas Edwards to Mrs. J. Leigh Phillips, August 29, 1820.
