The books were printed on either Somerset Satin or Rives Heavyweight, white or creme. The hard covers were made with Davey board and Japanese bookcloth from Hiromi, while the soft covers were leather or paper (Rives BFK or Somerset Satin). Housed in a bamboo tea caddy.
