[Deutsch] Hans Fischer (* 19. Januar 1849 in Bamberg; † 15. Januar 1941 in Bamberg) war ein deutscher Bibliothekar.
Nach seinem Staatsexamen 1882 arbeitete Fischer zunächst als Lehrer an Gymnasien in Bamberg und München. Ab 1885 war Fischer wissenschaftlicher Sekretär an der Königlichen Bibliothek in Bamberg. Zusammen mit Friedrich Leitschuh erschloß er die umfangreiche Sammlung mittelalterlicher Handschriften. 1899 übernahm er die Leitung der Bibliothek.

After his state examination in 1882 Fischer worked as a teacher at the Gymnasium in Bamberg and Munich. In 1885, Fischer was scientific secretary at the Royal Library in Bamberg. Together with Friedrich Leitschuh he opened up the extensive collection of medieval manuscripts. In 1899 he became head of the library.
